Reservations
We require a deposit payment of £200 or 25% to confirm your reservation.
Balance
The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
If you are travelling within 8 weeks then full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit
We require an additional damage deposit of £200 (per property) payable before your arrival at the property.  This will be refunded after your departure, once the keys have been returned to us and the property has been checked. 

Payments
Payments can be made by either bank transfer or cheque.
Please note we can not confirm a booking until your deposit payment has reached us and in the case of a cheque, cleared.
Cancellation
Please note reservation payments are non-refundable.

Arrival
The property will be available from 16:00 pm on your day of arrival. 
If your wish to arrive earlier please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your request.
To get you stay off to a great start we provide a meet and greet service for all arrivals. This is free of charge between 09:00 and 17:00.  For arrivals outside of these times there is a charge of €20 payable to our local hosts.
Number and identity of the guests

We ask that you inform us of the number and names of any guests who will be using the property at the time of booking.  Unless otherwise agreed in advance by us, only the guest named on the booking form shall be authorised to use the property.
The number of persons using the property must not exceed the allocated number for each property, except in the case of children under two years of age.
In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, we reserve the right to request the client and their guests leave the property and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

No Pets are allowed.
Cleaning

The property shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client.
A compulsory cleaning charge of €50 for an apartment and €70 for a villa is payable on arrival to our local host.
Additional mid stay cleans including a linen change can by arranged at a cost of €30 with and are payable to our local hosts.
When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in a reasonable condition. 

Golf prices

Golf prices have been calculated at €65.00 / £45.00 for La Torre and €75.00 / £51.00 for El Valle, should prices increase through 2008 you as the client will have to pay the difference in amount in the green fee. (For example golf offer 3 nights 2 rounds £129 per person, if La Torre golf prices goes up to €75.00 / £51.00 per round you will pay the balance of €10.00 / £6.00)   We will however always endeavour to keep golf tariffs up to date.

Behaviour

The client reserving the property will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, the company shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the property without the right to claim any type of compensation.

There is a strictly No Smoking policy in all of the properties.

Departure
Properties should be vacated by 10:00 am on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance, a charge may be made for late departures.
If for any reason we are unable to provide you the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a property of similar characteristics. If we are unable to re-locate you to a similar property you will be entitled to a full refund.  No compensation will be offered or due.

Liabilities

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use of the property by the client, including without limitation, damages, insurance or any losses due to fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.

We do our utmost to maintain the accuracy of all the properties listed on our website, however we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise. We reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs.
We reserve the right to update any of our terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The onus is placed on all parties using the site to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
